I need to call my doctor tomorrow. Nightmares are coming back and I’ve had anxiety of varying levels almost all day, for usually no reason.

it’s really frustrating how one bad night can throw off an entire day afterward. I’m not really looking forward to bedtime.

This is my submission for the Doctor Who Tumblr Asked for my Autograph Project. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed making it. I went through six (!) cans of spray paint a few months ago when I decided to transform my bookcase into the TARDIS. I was only in the middle of S3 but I knew that I was beginning a life long love affair :)
